Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Doqi, an AI-powered calendar assistant that helps manage and edit events using natural language. By accessing or using Doqi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of the Service

You may use Doqi solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Data

By using Doqi, you may provide access to certain data such as calendar events and user preferences. Access is granted securely through OAuth 2.0. We use this data solely to provide and improve our service, including via AI-powered features. We do not sell your personal data. For more detailed information on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Doqi integrates with third-party platforms to operate effectively. These include:

  • - Google Calendar API for managing calendar data
  • - Supabase for backend services and authentication
  • - Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics for understanding user behavior
  • - Google Generative AI for processing and responding to scheduling commands

We do not use Google Workspace APIs, including the Google Calendar API, to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or machine learning models.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

All content and software associated with Doqi is the property of the developer and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without permission.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Doqi.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. By using the service, you waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@doqi.pro. Refund requests must be made within 5 days of the subscription renewal date. After this period, we are unable to issue a refund. All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so through the user settings. You will retain access to your subscription until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
